Freddy's Frozen Custard and Steakburgers

When it comes to any venture in which humans interact with other humans, mistakes are bound to be made. Yesterday I went to Freddy's for lunch and was given the wrong order. I did not find this out until I had returned to the office, so I promptly called to let them know. The manager, Mary, was extremely gracious and offered to take care of me, which she did today. That is customer service at it's finest and the grace at which it was handled reflects well on Freddy's. Thank you, Mary! Oh and the food was excellent both days!

Ice cream is pretty good but they are hamburgers and french fries or greasy in the french fries are probably artificialFreddy's, please accept my most sincere apologies for this review. My young son, whom I don't believe has ever been to your restaurant, created this review. I'm sure your food is very high quality and delicious - besides, what exactly is an artificial french fry?? I don't know how to delete a review, but I am going to change the rating to 5 star so as not to harm your reputation. We have had quite the discussion about just how harmful words can be.
